Sriram is the Managing Trustee of Ignite Minds Foundation. He is a resource person at The School-KFI, Chennai (www.theschoolkfi.org) and teaches history to senior school students. Sriram trained in Business Journalism at the Times Research Foundation, New Delhi and was a Reuter Fellow at The University of Oxford, UK.

Rajendran has spent many years in researching constructivist practices in classrooms, across subjects. He was a member of the core panel for setting school curriculum in Kerala and has trained over 28,000 school teachers.
Rajendran was invited to talk at the prestigious TEDx Conference at IIT – Madras in October 2010. Content created by Rajendran is being used across many schools in Tamil Nadu.

Having worked with thousands of special children with a variety of disabilities for nearly four decades, senior special educator Jalaludeen has been training mainstream teachers in identifying and integrating children with learning disabilities in inclusive classrooms. He helped start three special schools and three clinics for children with learning disability, in Chennai.

A post-graduate in development studies from Tata-Dhan Academy, Sathyanand handled a large drip irrigation project for tribal cultivators completely on his own at Javvadu Hills near Vellore, Tamil Nadu. He has undergone rigorous training as a Fellow at Teach for India in dealing with class-room management issues in government schools.

A University topper in Masters program in Mathematics, Hamsa had worked as a team-member of Zeus Technosystems (Mumbai), preparing teacher guides for school teachers in the US. She is a licensed Special Educator and works as a consultant for children in the autism spectrum.
